A blank board, and nothing to learn
Most whiteboard sites want an account, a workspace and a tour before you can draw a line. This one is a blank board with a pen already in your hand. That is the entire product, and it is deliberate: the moment you need a board mid-lesson is not the moment to sign up for anything.
There is a pen, a highlighter, an eraser, five colours, undo and clear. No sticky notes, no shapes, no templates, no collaboration. Everything that is not drawing has been left out so that drawing is instant.

Built for a smartboard
The board takes pen, finger and mouse input. On an interactive whiteboard that reports a pen and the hand resting beside it as two separate pointers, the hand is ignored once a pen has been seen — so a teacher can rest a palm on the board and keep writing, which is the thing that makes most drawing sites unusable on a smartboard.
Strokes are smoothed as they are drawn rather than joining the raw points, because a projector makes every jitter of a hand at a board very visible. The eraser takes off whole strokes rather than chipping holes in them, which is what people actually mean when they scrub something out.
What it does not do
It does not save your board. Closing the tab clears it, and nothing is uploaded anywhere — there is no account, no server and no copy of what you drew. That is a fair trade for a board you can open and use in two seconds, but it does mean you should not use it for anything you need to keep.
It is not a collaboration tool either. If you need several people drawing on one board at once, or a canvas that persists between lessons, this is the wrong tool and you want one of the big ones.

Do I need an account to use this whiteboard?

Does it work on a smartboard or interactive whiteboard?
Yes. It accepts pen, touch and mouse input, and it ignores your palm once it has seen a pen — so you can rest your hand on the board while writing, which is what usually breaks drawing sites on a smartboard.
Is my drawing saved?
No. The board is cleared when you close the tab, and nothing is ever uploaded. If you need to keep what you drew, take a screenshot before you close it.
Can I undo a mistake?
Yes. Undo removes the last stroke you drew, and you can press it repeatedly. The eraser removes whole strokes wherever you scrub, and Clear empties the board completely.
Can several people draw on it at once?
Not on the same board across different devices — there is no server behind this, so there is nothing to sync through. Several people can draw on the same screen, which is what usually happens at a classroom board anyway.
