Common questions

Can I use Classroom Hub and ClassDojo together?

Yes, and plenty of teachers should. Keep ClassDojo for parent messaging if your families already use it, and use Classroom Hub for the gradebook, seating plans, homework check-in and exit tickets. They do not overlap much.

Does ClassDojo have a gradebook?

No. ClassDojo is a behaviour, points and parent-communication tool. It does not provide weighted grading, and its own site does not present it as a marks product. If you need a gradebook you will need something else alongside it.

Is Classroom Hub worth paying for when ClassDojo is free?

Only if you need what ClassDojo does not do. If points and parent messaging are genuinely all you want, stay on ClassDojo. If you are also maintaining a marks spreadsheet, a laminated seating plan and a homework tick list, £49/year to fold those into one app is the trade you are actually making.
